Shashi KANT

Currently I am working with Bule Hora University, Ethiopia from the last 7 years (total 15 year experience). I have 14 PhD Advice (1 completed pre PhD defense, 6 are the final submission) and I am expert in AMOS, SPSS and MAXQDA software and teaching quantitative research methodology for both PhD and masters level.

My BBA, MBA (2003) and PHD degree (2012) are from MD UNIVERSITY, Rohtak in regular manner. I cleared the UGC-NET exam in 2004.

I am writing to formally apply to the position of Associate Professor in Management. I believe that I have fulfilled the job requirement criteria outlined by the university and have demonstrated a strong commitment to teaching, research, and community service throughout my tenure of 15 year experience.

I would like to highlight the following areas where I have met the job criteria:

1. Teaching Excellence: I have consistently received positive evaluations from students, department head and colleagues, demonstrating my effectiveness as an educator. I have developed and taught a wide range of courses related to management, including econometrics through software, advanced research methodology, I have also mentored numerous post-graduate and PhD students, guiding them in their research and publications.

2. Research Contributions: I have made significant contributions to the field of management through my research endeavors. My work has been published in reputable peer-reviewed Scopus journals, such as Taylor and Francis, Springer, IEEE, Ministry Accreted journals.

3. Community Service: I have actively engaged in community service activities within the university. I have served on various committees, where I have contributed my expertise and played an active role in decision-making processes.
